Key Responsibilities
- Collect, interpret, and analyse data from various sources
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency in records
- Convert raw data into meaningful information for management
- Create basic charts, tables, and summaries for presentations
- Update and maintain data files and documentation in MS Word
- Support internal teams with data-related requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables – basic level)
- Working knowledge of MS Word
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work with numbers and large datasets
Educational Qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)
- Certification in MS Excel or computer applications will be an added advantage
